Erik was very knowledge and patient with all of our questions, he made himself available whenever possible and made the process as quick and painless as possible.
We met Erik when we were searching for a refi loan. We knew immediately that we were in good hands. He gave us so many options to choose from. We wanted to consolidate two mortgages into one while paying one completely off. We chose a 15 year loan and our payment was lowered by quite a bit, matter of fact, much less than when we were paying for the two mortgages. Erik was very thorough and kept in constant touch with us. He was quick to answer any questions we had. I would call Erik a fantastic loan agent!!!

Like the title of my review states, Sam made my dream of buying my first home come true, especially considering my unique financial situation. As long as Sam is in the home buying business I can’t imagine buying future homes without his business. I highly recommend him to anyone in the pursuit of their American Dream.
Josh helped my husband and me to refinance when rates went down in spring 2020. We kept our monthly payments the same while shortening the term and getting a lower rate. He talked us through every step, even closing done in person outside on our back deck due to COVID. Very satisfied.
