Erik went above and beyond for my refinance and made the experience pleasant. He has excellent communication, which when dealing with a "bank" is rare. He answered all of my questions regardless of what day of the week it was and has even followed up with me since then. He was a pleasure to work with!
Ryan explained everything to us about expected costs, interest rates, etc. Very patient with us since this had been a long time since last doing this. Very worthwhile having Ryan work with us. The end result was a monthly mortgage payment less than originally expected.
