I am absolutely very happy with this lender he was there till the last step through out my mortgage loan. He is also very kind and comprehensive, I will recommend him if you are planning on getting a loan for a new house.
Sam was very helpful through the whole process. He assisted in ensuring I qualified for the house I liked prior to even viewing it! He put me in touch with a realtor who was just as friendly and helpful as him. He was always available, kind and courteous. I would recommend Sam to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
We had a ton of questions and asked for clarifications on things all along the way and she was great with answering them, even if we had asked it before. She was able to help us get a loan when banks told us we could not. She works very hard for her customers and she is just fantastic.
