We have been using Sam for the past many years, we've used him/GSF for our First home loan, then we refinanced with Sam, and now we have just purchased another home using Sam/GSF. Our old Home sold quickly - did not even go on the market however the buyer wanted a 3 week closing, Sam was able to make this happen.
This is my second time working with Sam on the purchase of a home and I will continue to use him and recommend him in the future. Sam is the most responsive person (in any industry) I have ever worked with. He always answers and if he doesn't he returns calls and text within a few minutes. He made my experience very smooth. I am a "worrier" and Sam was patient, kind, and understanding. He spent time with me on the phone several times explaining everything and truly made the experience enjoyable.
Ken was excellent with guiding us through the mortgage process from beginning to the end! He was courteous and answered all are questions and concerns immediately. Would highly recommend Ken for a mortgage lender consultant.
Working with GSF and Jim Donavon was a pleasure. I was very worried about using an out of state lendor at first but everything went so smoothly. He also got me the best mortgage rate in the Country. Very glad I worked with GSF and especially Jim Donavon. Would highly recommend!!!
