From the minute we walked in the door we were pleasantly greeted and guided to the area we were interested in. A sales rep then greeted us and actually listened to what we were looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable and created an intimate personal shopping experience for my lady and myself. We love the ring that we purchased and will be repeat clients.
Went in to look for a ring to replace my lost one on our 8 year anniversary and met Hela and Ola (sisters) from the beginning to end they made me feel great. Helping me find the perfect ring to make me feel like a queen. After finding the one we wanted we headed next door to look at our other options. After being in the store and not treated the greatest. I've been a customer for over seven years. My husband purchased my engagement ring from GDS and we also bought our wedding rings there. Recently, I lost the center stone from my engagement ring. Thank god for insurance and for GDS. They worked with my insurance company and I was able to pick out a new stone. It all happened so quickly.
