Troy sold my son his engagement ring, and I was so impressed by his professionalism & low pressure sales style, I came back and worked with him to have a ring made with one of my tanzanites and a pendant made with another! We walked in during a huge promotional event. The store was packed. The level of customer service did not falter. We were immediately greeted and put with Troy who was extremely friendly, efficient, and tuned in. After we explained what we were looking for, (25th anniversary gift) Troy pulled a few mountings for us. We were looking for a new setting with diamonds and sapphires to place my diamond in.
