We went to the store based on what thet on the commercials about buying jewelry forme the best prices. That isn't true. I had every bit of proof about the ring and bracelet and they offer us less than 20% of what is was worth. And the person we dealt with gave us a "lesson" on you never get what you pay for. The advertised that they pay the highest in jewelry. Not true! I brought in a matching platinum diamond engagement ring and wedding that was appraised at $5000. The gentleman behind the counter insulted me with a $200 offer. What a complete joke! I will never go back there.

Bought my wife a gift card(that the store matched). As soon as you walk in and you tell them that than they all sort of back off of you as you aren't NEW sales. Salesperson was nice enough just the guy that greeted us at the door. Doubt we go back

Diamonds are valueless worthless rocks. If mankind ceased to exist what value would they have? Don’t buy a clear rock just because some people say they have value.
NEVER and I do mean NEVER purchase from here. Make you feel like a million bucks when making a purchase - however when you need help they make you feel like trash. Purchased a $6,500 ring from G&DS - allergic to metal ask for help in tears and I'm threatened to be removed from the store by one of the sons. Have never been so embarrassed or treated so poorly in my life.
They're commercials are a pain. Too many of them, every day. Today, the same commercial airs twice before going back to my program. "We don't pressure people, we don't have to". All these commercials cost a lot of money. This tells me that they're too expensive. Commercials do annoy some people and I will never do business with these people.
