The sales person Theresa was very helpful but the prices are extremely high the only reason I went was because I had won a gift certificate for $350 and got a pair of earrings for $320 that you could buy most other places for $150
I called to get help with my utilities and was DENIED because if my record from 20 years ago. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! How dare you judge ME by a piece of paper That does NOT reflect who I am today.. you guys SUCK!!!!

I also asked my employee who was in tears after your behavior trying to get more of a discount on the $2799 ring than the $1000 PLUS trade why they didn't politely ask you to choose another jewelry store and to ask you to leave.. Had a horrible experience there. They pretty much scammed me and my fiance out of at least 3000 grand. The wedding band that was with my ring when we bought it didn't even go with it and they replaced it with a cheaper one, charging us still the same price for the more expensive one that was suppose to go with it. When we went to see what we could get for it they offered us a grand when we paid over 4000 for it. It was only two years old. Sarah...we have sent you messages with no reply. We sell the mountings and bands separately so we are confused why you think they were switched? We can't give full refunds obviously on merchandise worn for over 2 years...You would get full credit for your diamond towards any other jewelry which is more then fair. I wish I could give this place a 0 star. I recently received a smart watch for Christmas and upon recommendations I brought my watch here for resizing. After paying higher than I normally would for a watch resizing, the watch link that was added fell apart. After returning to the store I was greeted by a very arrogant manager, Pat Kelly.
