Horrible service here!!! When they mess up they do not correct the issue the right way, only offer half ass fix with no explanation for why they are so damn cheap! You would think with all the money they supposedly make they would offer quality.

Very dissatisfied with my experience. I was referred by coworker and a friend of mines jeweler. I went in last night to sell my wedding set, worth around $2500. The gentleman who "helped" me told me that his manager said they could give me a $200 check! I left of course not taking the money. Afterwards I went to a pawn shop and asked what they would give me. They quoted me $320. So I guess lesson learned. A pawn shop is going to give you a better deal then Gold and Diamond Source.

Hi Chelsea... I'm sorry you were unhappy. We buy single diamonds typically over .50 points or 1/2 carat:). We don't resell used jewelry and with your particular ring is very pretty but it was all much smaller diamonds so it would have to be melted and we have very little use for the diamonds of the quality and size you had..
