With so many different property management companies to choose from, it’s difficult to know who’s going to actually deliver. These guys are great. My first realtor could not rent my home for months. They rented it in 2 weeks. And they jump on maintenance issues when they come up. Very good in communication.

Our Goldberg representative always responds promptly to maintenance requests. Within minutes of reporting an issue, we will get a call from an assigned contractor to schedule service. This is the case for large and small issues. We have never had issues getting service scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. The contractors Goldberg sends are always professional, respectful, and highly competent, as well.

We rented a beautiful property from Goldberg Grouo for three years. Throughout our time in the home, we found the staff to be courteous, responsive and professional. They provided reliable service when we submitted maintenance requests and they were communicative when we requested infrequent repair work. I rented with Goldberg properties for couple years and I have to say, they are by far the best property management I've worked with.
