Great real-estate service. Very concise, clear and to-the-point reports. Very efficient web site, which is all that a good web site should be: clear, easy to use and navigate, informative but not overwhelming with data. Just what is needed. Great value for the money. Goldberg group (specifically Tania) made signing and transition seamless. Very accommodating with request to move in before beginning of new month, which was a huge plus. We used their PM services to rent a condo in bethesda. They were candid and honest with us about the property and we were able to get it rented within 3 weeks at the start of the slow season.
