RecommendedAfter we relocated from the Maryland area to another state, we used Goldberg as a property management company for about 3 years. During that time, i never had to worry about the property at all. Everything was taken care of and communication was great. After renting the property with Goldberg for 3 years, we decided to sell our property. Goldberg then acted as our realtor and we had a quick and easy sale. Very satisfied. Dave and his team are great!

The Goldberg Group is the best property management company we have ever dealt with as renters. We rented with Goldberg Group for three years and can't say enough great things about the experience. Dave and the entire team are extremely professional and easy to deal with. On the rare occasion there was a maintenance issue - it was always addressed promptly and with the utmost attention to detail. Every facet of our interaction - from billing/accounting to the maintenance staff was flawless. Highly, highly recommend!
First I would just like to say that I have should have posted this a long time ago (end of June!!!)…but it’s worth making sure that I do it right. Thanks Dave. I live in a condo community where the units are individually owned.
