Awful customer service. Suggest you replace the person that answers the phone. not everyone that is looking for a place is doing because wants to and a bit of respect and being cordial would go a long way.
When asking about breaking a lease after the company failed to respond to multiple maintenance requests one of them being the heater the owner response was that maybe I should buy instead of being a tenant. This was from the owner of this company! Also the vendors the company works with have made inappropriate comments towards me and have failed to show up for appointments after email confirmation from the service director regarding times. This company is garbage. All they want to do is keep your security deposit for no reason. Worst company we ever rented from. We had to take them to court to get back some of our money. They lied that trash was left in the house and we have video that the place was spotless. We hate them and everything they stand for. Do not rent from them. Not even one star they’ll get from me.
I requested maintenance on certain issues in October and they are just now being addressed. I had to call and follow up on these issues nearly a dozen times to finally have someone come and look at the issues. I hope I am able to update my review with a better rating but for now I am giving 2 stars because the property is nice.
