The staff's commitment to care exceeds expectations. Being in a situation where you or a loved one is sick is never easy. I'm so gratefully for the excellent care. The facility is clean, very bright and well maintained. A huge thank you to the very people that put things together on a daily basis. I did not really know what I was getting into when I arrived. The staff was amazing from the bottom to the top. The personal care they gave made me so comfortable. When I left I knew they made it possible for me to return to my life again. I was there for a short term but left there with a feeling of family.

My mother was admitted here and she was well taken care of and we had great communication with the staff. The Kaiser team specifically Ann was extremely helpful with navigating my mother's health and the healthcare system. All the CNAs, RNs, NPs, PT/OT team and various staff were attentive and great. Shoutout to Magdalene and Winona as well, thank you!

When a loved one of mine was admitted to this facility I was a bit hesitant as to how the staff would treat my family member. For the weeks spent at the facility our loved one was very well taken care of. From the front office to the CNA's and nurses staff was great, Very attentive, warm, welcoming and efficient. My grandfather, who lives in Pacific, chose Golden Heights again because he had such a positive experience there in the past. He always says they have some of the best CNA's, nurses, and rehab staff he's ever worked with. This stay was no different--he received excellent care and is now back to walking and doing his daily exercises. We're grateful for the team and the support they provided.
