When a loved one of mine was admitted to this facility I was a bit hesitant as to how the staff would treat my family member. For the weeks spent at the facility our loved one was very well taken care of. From the front office to the CNA's and nurses staff was great, Very attentive, warm, welcoming and efficient. My grandfather, who lives in Pacific, chose Golden Heights again because he had such a positive experience there in the past. He always says they have some of the best CNA's, nurses, and rehab staff he's ever worked with. This stay was no different--he received excellent care and is now back to walking and doing his daily exercises. We're grateful for the team and the support they provided.

Golden Heights Healthcare truly stands out. The staff is exceptional--professional, compassionate, and always welcoming to residents and families alike. The environment feels warm and supportive, and the facility is consistently clean and well maintained, both inside and out. The location is also very convenient, just off the freeway and within five minutes of the nearest hospital, which provides great peace of mind. I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received at Golden Heights Nursing facility. The Doctors from Kaiser are exceptional and the care is 24 hours. I am going home tomorrow and have recuperated very well.

The Facility is big enough, clean and sanitary. But the staff is so disorganized. They don't seem to communicate with each other I don't know what system they have but it is so difficult to get a straight and clear answer when you ask for updates. So it is best to be ready to answer when they call you otherwise when you return their call they have no clue about your question. Brought my 90 years old Uncle at this facility and he is very well taken care of. He likes it there and knowing that is my peace of mind that he is ok and trust everyone. Everyone works well with each other and are friendly.

They actually listened and the exterminator did come and check for bugs. That's great. Food is not great, steamed to death. Everything seems to be mesh. Unappetizing. Staffing is caring. Be careful of meds being inaccurate, quite scary actually to be given meds that you don't recognize.
