RecommendedJason at Good Guys came and inspected our AC & Heater unit a few days ago and today Jason is back. He took the heater fan out and cleaned it. First time it has been removed & cleaned in 17 years. None of the other AC shops have done that before. He installed an air purifier on fan unit for the whole house. I am so anxious to see how it helps with the dust problem we have. He is also installing a new capacitor on the AC unit and we are ready for summer. Talk about "Peace of Mind". Sure is nice. RecommendedAC went ou last week!! Made a call Bill Roberts at Good Guys Heating and Cooling (530)391-9339 He sent out his team of professional technicians Jack, Roy and Isaiah. They showed up this morning at 8:00am, put runners down to protect the floors and went to work removing and installing new American Standard Sliver Series System! Great Service and a Great Price!!
After several attempts they couldn’t fix our heat pump — ordered the wrong part — after several weeks we lost all faith in their work — we thankfully got a refund.
$4,400 for a simple wall heater. 5 visits to fix the heater. Still not fixed. The heater shoots flames in the wall sometimes. When it works sometimes it reaches its heat setting it pops and crackles. The heater is in our bedroom. We are never sure when be it will work or make the blow torch sound. The bottom of the heater is dark. Too much heat ? I have alot more to say but it probably won’t matter. We just need it too work.

After looking in to this further it does appear we came out to repair the unit but we were asked at arrival to come back a different day because the repair appointment no longer worked for you.
