It does take a few days to get use to, but after about 5 days I was good. My wife said my snoring is much better. Once in a while I'll wake up with the mouth piece out. It also helps to keep me from waking with dry mouth.

I don't like the blue color that's been added or any other that it may change too. But the product works well. I have to trim mine with scissors cause I have exotosis and it would rub me raw if I didn't.

My husband told me I stop breathing at night then all of a sudden start with a loud snore. I purchased your product because it sounded like it would help my problem. It was too big for my mouth and I had to cut it down. It is uncomfortable but it works! I have used it for several months now and no more signs of sleep apnea as long as I'm wearing it

Just tried the new Good Morning Snore Solution after using a standard mouth retainer type device for several years. I found this new concept to be quite effective and more comfortable to wear at night. 4-stars from my wife too!

My husband had started moving to the spare bedroom in the middle of the night because of my snoring. I researched various solutions and went with your product because of all the dental work I've had. I'm happy to say it works! My husband hadn't spent one night in the spare bedroom since I've been using the Good Morning Snore Solution. My only criticism is that I wish they came in sizes. I have a small mouth. I can't fully close my mouth and the product pushes uncomfortably against my gums when I do. I'm getting used to it an... read more

Used it in conjunction with the Snore Lab app (highly, highly recommend this) to track the volume and frequency of snoring before and using device. Very obvious differences however, i am not sure if it will work for my partner as a long term snore solution. For the first 3 days, my partner could not wear the device the whole night due to tongue pain after about 4-5 hours. After about a week, the rim of the device is also now digging underneath his gums.
