I could never get used to a cpap machine and I tried the gmss, and I found it to be very helpful, and I got used to it very quickly. Tongue sensitivity at first, but got used to that in a day or so. Cut way down on the snoring. After a few weeks, though, I found that the outside edge of the silicone had a bit of a ragged edge left over from the molding process, and it irritated my gums. I tried to ease the edge with fine abrasives, but couldn't ever get it comfortable. I'd surely buy another one if there were a good solution... read more
Have been using the GMSS for about 4 weeks. Snoring has minimized, but is not gone. Went through the effort to purchase a recorder so I could make a nightly comparison. Sleep pattern has not changed much, but I could maybe contribute this to age, as I believe we tend to not sleep better as we age. Not positive for the cost that I would purchase again.

I've had this product for about a month. I like it, as it is easy to use and comfortable to wear. I've never liked the idea of using something that pulls the jaw forward and this " Good Morning Snore Solution does not do that. Occasionally I have had it fall out in the night, but you can adjust the suction to prevent that. It has not interfered with my sleeping all night. I'll admit I was skeptical that something so small and simple in design could solve a very big problem for me and my poor husband who has endured my snoring for years. To my surprise and complete satisfaction, this product works! It has eliminated my snoring and I couldn't be more excited.

My tongue has an unusual shape which prevents a seal with the device holding all night and therefore I returned it. The refund response has been excellent so far, but it is early in the process and actual refund hasn't reached my credit card yet. Your request for a review is premature.
My wife broke her nose when she was a child and has had snoring issues since. The doctors have always been reluctant to try surgery as it was never guaranteed it would work and so we've been stuck with snoring for 19 years of marriage.
