I was in the process of trying to purchase a home in a senior community when Sheeza and the Gordon Team recommended that we look at other comps in the area. As a result of checking for other comps in the area I was able to find a more suitable home which was less expensive. Also, Sheeza was able to recommend a local lender who was able to give me lower mortgage interest rate than my own lender. I highly recommend Sheeza Gordon and the Gordon Team.

Best agent ever, whether you are a buyer or a seller. She fights for the the best price for you if you are a buyer and guides you step by step if you are the sellers. Gives great tips on what needs to be done before selling so that final inspection isn’t a pain. She has a huge team of resources that help you along the way. Very highly recommended this team , can’t say enough good things about her attitude, truly outstanding and goes beyond the call of duty!

Betty and I had decided it was time to sell our house in 7 Oaks so that we could downsize which would allow me to retire.
