Very competent brokerage. Advice on location, pricing (negotiation) and property features as well as referrals to the best low cost contractors to modify the selected home to our specifications. Sheeza and her team were great!

The Gordon Team are the best, they are knowledgeable, efficient and very hard working people. Every time I needed something answered they answered my questions. They are constantly checking on their clients. I really saw how efficient they are, very nice family.

The Gordon Team, Sheeza, Frank and William, are incredible when it come to buying and selling homes. I bought my first home with them and was incredibly fortunate to have them help me get the home I wanted. This time around I was selling my house. They are the type of people who help you with whatever they can. I had to sell my home due to unfortunate circumtances, but they went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. I truly appreciate the Gordon team being my go to realtors!

I could not be more satisfied with the Gordon Team. Our house in Oleander was on the market for one day and we got $20k more than what we were asking. They were very professional and did a fantastic job from start to finish. I would not consider using anyone else for my realty needs. We highly recommend you give Sheeza, William & Frank a call the next time you’re looking to buy or sell a home!
