My experience was fantastic! I was using a VA loan and I wanted a property in a well sought after neighborhood in which the home would have multiple offers. And anyone who has used a VA loan if there are multiple offers more often than not the VA loan will not be chosen. The Gordon team reached out to the sellers realtor. I was in the process of trying to purchase a home in a senior community when Sheeza and the Gordon Team recommended that we look at other comps in the area. As a result of checking for other comps in the area I was able to find a more suitable home which was less expensive. Also, Sheeza was able to recommend a local lender who was able to give me lower mortgage interest rate than my own lender. I highly recommend Sheeza Gordon and the Gordon Team.
Best agent ever, whether you are a buyer or a seller. She fights for the the best price for you if you are a buyer and guides you step by step if you are the sellers. Gives great tips on what needs to be done before selling so that final inspection isn’t a pain. She has a huge team of resources that help you along the way. Betty and I had decided it was time to sell our house in 7 Oaks so that we could downsize which would allow me to retire.
