Misleading experience and shame on Wyndam for using them as an incentive. There is nothing GRAND about these incentives at all... First off, you attend a time share presentation being promised a vacation deal right? Then at the end you get a voucher which you then have to MAIL IN.... After not hearing a response of confirmation, you email the helpdesk, which then send you ANOTHER form to MAIL. Sent in the second form with travel dates... then you hear nothing... until you email AGAIN. Then they say someone will reach out wit... read more

These people handle Worldmark by Wyndham vacation packages. When you listen to Wyndham‘s high pressure sales talk about timeshares, which are extraordinarily expensive for low quality, you get a four night five day free vacation. Except it’s not really that free. You have to pay taxes which can be exorbitant though ours was not.. I spent a solid eight months trying to arrange this and they kept telling me there were no available places out of some 12 different locations. Their scam is to wear you down to where you do not tak... read more

This is a scam. You can never get anyone on the telephone. They charge your account using several different names. I would never use or recommend them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience with Your Destination Experience. On May 6, 2025, a representative contacted me and invited me to attend a brief Zoom presentation about vacation packages. I was told there was no obligation to purchase anything, and in return for my time, I would receive a complimentary gift: a 4-day, 3-night hotel accommodation package with over 30 destination options to choose from.I attended the presentation that evening at 9:00 PM and chose not to purchase any packages.... read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Firstly, they get you by telling you the 50$ deposit you get back when you get the sales pitch. Yes, you get the 50& back. However, when you read the fine print on the back of the voucher you have to send in, they are getting that 50$ right back. Not to mention they are going to charge you the entire amount of taxes for your 4 day, 3 night stay that you would have paid if you were to book the room yourself on the website. Ultimately, real low lifes but hey gotta make money somehow. Its totally not wo... read more

What a disappointing experience in humanity. We got flagged down at a concert to sign up for a Wyndham rewards program sales pitch, and in reward for going to that session we were offered a promotional travel voucher for a 2 night/3 day stay at one of their resorts. Per the fine detail of the voucher, it was worth $150-250. We were very frustrated by how we were treated at the session. It was out of our budget so we kindly declined the offer after being lectured to, so they sent up a new employee. We declined again, so they ... read more

Grand Incentives Inc is a scam. I've sent in three separate possible "dates" and all I got were phone calls offering me hotels that I could've booked myself for less money than the "fees and taxes" they said they would charge. And the hotels were cheap "inns" - not the nicer hotels in the area. Otherwise "my requested dates were not available" and my requested dates were far from "peak times". Personally, I blame Wyndham for giving us "free" offers from Grand Incentives as well as after plopping down big bucks for their "tra... read more

I am not giving any stars. These ******* ripped us off. We want our money back with interest and we may seek other remedies. They need to have their business license revoked. This business cash flow is setup from a criminal standpoint. Illicit gains. They need to be audited by the feds.

This is a scam. Given a voucher for 2 nights 3 days free with $50 refundable deposit. Pay taxes $36-$56. Went to make reservation they tried to charge me $550. Said it was taxes and fees. Asked wheres my free nights and was told the hotel is free but the $550 was taxes and fees. The hotel site would have charged me $530 for the same reservation. They said I was receiving upgrades but wouldnt say what was the upgrades. Said it was almost a 4 star hotel but website shows 2 stars and it was comfort inn. I told them just give me... read more
