As another reviewer said so perfectly below, "Wyndham Time Shares uses this as the **** to get you to their 2 hour presentations.... implying it's a stay at one of their resorts. It's not. It's through this company (and you can read the reviews)." I tried and tried to get the coupon to work and no matter what I do I get a run around. $320 for a 'free' stay at a hotel??? Big time **** complying with their program over and over to get NOWHERE.

Not worth the headache and months of planning/replanning with no success. I got a certificate offer. My initial submission with the voucher came back 10 days later with all these instructions. I have not sent fees or deposits. I submitted the form incorrectly according to the agent who called me a month later. You have to pick the dates according to their fine print. This type of product, sold through time share companies (we bought ours through Vidanta aka Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe, etc...) gives everyone a bad name. We finally relented after spending 3 hours and saying no to all these other time share offers while being forced (they charge surprise daily resort fees, which they will refund if you take the tour) to take the tour. I have experienced terrible customer service from this company. Had I known about all the red tape, even just to speak with someone in management or to get someone to call you back, I would have never purchased this trip. I have been trying to schedule a cruise for over a month. It is now May and I just received my voucher two weeks ago and I bought it in March. I'm not sure why the place in business. I received a voucher through a travel agent. I went through the process correctly to redeem it. Every time I put in my dates they would say they are not available. I opted out the use of using the voucher and asked for a refund in Sept 2021 for my deposit. At the time I asked for a refund I was not told that it would take 6-8 weeks for a check. I closed this acct in May and I been trying to get a refund back since May, and no one has gotten back with me. Here is the email that was sent out in July after waiting 2 months. Thank you so much for reaching out and I'm so sorry about how long the refund is taking to receive. So I "won" a "prize" that was listed as a free 3 day 2 night vacation for 2 to one of any 50+ locations. 1. You need to pay a $50 dollar refundable deposit. (No problem) 2. It doesn't include airfare. (not a big surprise, but not really "free" anymore is it?) 3. The offer the customer received has terms and conditions that must be follow in order to be redeem and is based on space availability of Grand Incentives. the terms and conditions state that the customer is responsible for taxes and fees base on the hotel rate. This company lied to me. They said the vouchers would be good any where including my home state and I would only be liable for taxes only. I questioned the sales rep extensively on this because we do not travel to the states or countries listed and was assured over and over again it could be used anywhere I wanted to stay. When I called they told me a room would cost me almost 400 dollars for the allotted time. They ripped me off during the pandemic and refused to give me back my money. Do NOT give this company any money!
