I closed this acct in May and I been trying to get a refund back since May, and no one has gotten back with me. Here is the email that was sent out in July after waiting 2 months. So I "won" a "prize" that was listed as a free 3 day 2 night vacation for 2 to one of any 50+ locations. 1. You need to pay a $50 dollar refundable deposit. (No problem) 2. It doesn't include airfare. (not a big surprise, but not really "free" anymore is it?) 3. The offer the customer received has terms and conditions that must be follow in order to be redeem and is based on space availability of Grand Incentives. the terms and conditions state that the customer is responsible for taxes and fees base on the hotel rate. This company lied to me. They said the vouchers would be good any where including my home state and I would only be liable for taxes only. I questioned the sales rep extensively on this because we do not travel to the states or countries listed and was assured over and over again it could be used anywhere I wanted to stay. When I called they told me a room would cost me almost 400 dollars for the allotted time. They ripped me off during the pandemic and refused to give me back my money. Do NOT give this company any money!
This company is a total sham!!! Zero stars. I spent six ugly hours in a high pressured sales meeting with them trying to get me to purchase shares in their hotel/condos in Puerta Vallarta. When I finally walked out of the presentation, my "gift" for sitting through those grueling hours was a certificate for free air travel to any location in the US or Mexico. I got scammed into buying this package and was told I'd only pay a "refundable $50 fee" and "taxes from $24-$36" but when I called to book my hotel, I was told I had to pay $200+ just for fees! This is definitely a scam and I blame myself, I should've known better.
If I could give zero starts, I would. Did the seminar in October. Spent months picking different dates and places. Kept getting rejected. Was told that the Bahamas did not recover from last hurricane-they did ! Finally got my $50. back. Please, shut these people down.
I spent $70 on a vacation and I never heard anything back from them. I've been calling and calling and no one has been answering.
This company is a rip off. They offer you a vacation for little to nothing as long as you pay the $100-$150, the taxes and the fees. However you can only book by calling in and when you do call to book your stay its a 45 minute to 1 hour wait time on the phone. Also the taxes and fees total out to approximately $300 or more. When asked to be refunded the $100+ that you originally payed upfront, they deny your refund and come up with all kinds of excuses and other rip offs.
