All of the staff here at Grand Rapids GM were amazing! They were very helpful with finding a truck that best fit our family and our needs while also getting us the best possible price! The process to buying our 2020 Silverado was quick and easy! I would highly reccomend Dan Dobie! I bought a new used Silverado from Chris Berglund last week. Dealing with Chris was fantastic. And I’m a hard guy to please. He did everything he told me he was going to do. Less then 24 hours after we had the truck we noticed an antifreeze leak. So I brought it back to Chris and he acknowledged it to. Interesting story. I was driving home last night and my automatic lights did not come on. Not sure what the gentlemans name is. I believe he is either owner or manager. He got my attention while driving next to me on the road, something was wrong with my car. I was confused, pulled into Hoilday South parking lot.
