I bought a 2013 Ford Escape from Dan Dobie last August 2020. I didn’t get the warranty and ended up having issues 3 weeks after I had bought the car. When I called Dan, I had already driven the 1,000 miles they will cover after purchasing. he refused to help me and pretty much told me I was sh*t out of luck. My name is Gary Johnson and I purchased a 2020 Chevy Trax on December 26th of 2021 had nothing but problems. The check engine light had come on 3 different times. Each time I contacted the dealership and 'it was fixed.' I contacted my salesperson and informed her of what was happening she told me to come in and this problem would get solved.
