Well the sales woman was very helpful! Everything else was horrible.. The $40,000 truck I specifically set up an appointment to look at was filthy. Yet I decided to test drive. Upon returning from the test drive I initiated negotiations. Or so I thought. The sales manager refused to budge from the sticker price. Upon this I decided to look at a different $40,000 truck. We do agree (and apologize for the dirty exterior) we need to catch up on our cleaning exteriors of vehicles, we have hired an outside company to help us catch up as we have more used cars and trade ins then we have ever had! The key to the other truck was found thankfully, a customer had driven it.
Numerous problems so I will just say the last two. The oil change was done wrong, a piece was not put in. The latest was unauthorized work to the vehicle.

We apologize for your oil leak. When we started the vehicle it wasn't leaking, otherwise we would have noticed all the oil and fixed it, however, sounds like we could have done something wrong. We will pay for a tow and an oil change at a place of your choice within 50 miles. We appreciate your patience. I would be unhappy too. When people let us know if something isn't right, we try to fix it.
Definitely won't recommend this dealership to anyone in the future! From discovering how disgusting my car was after getting it home, to the obvious mechanical problems that should have came up in an inspection before selling it are inexcusable, and add the $3000 for a ridiculous warranty that's taking over a month to get rid of! Wish I could return my car! Do not buy anything used from them.

Bought a gmc jimmy and when we asked about problems/rust issues, specifically underneath the salesman said there wasn't much. A week later we had to replace 2 break lines and a gas line. Driverside window hardly works and salesman said he would be in contact. I've never heard from him since. The suv has lost every break line and gas line Needed to replace all plugs and gas gage never worked. Was told it passed the inspection. Never buying from them again.

I will never buy from this place! They never tried to help us with financing with past credit issues. We in the end went to a wonderful dealership in park rapids and got financing through GM directly with a great interest rate and my car is 2015 Malibu. We also got a lot more money for our trade in than you guys offer.

Great sales. Horrible after purchase service. Bought a truck and sales person who was John was great and helped alot, but the truck went in for a detail the next day as part of the purchase agreement. Dropped it off around 10:30am and around 4pm I got a call saying there weren't enough detailers so that's fine. So I left it there overnight and then around noon it was done. Awesome!
