Great car, Great service We ordered a 2022 Mach E premium after being overwhelmed with the car in the showroom. Val Neris our salesperson was great, informational, not pushy, and facilitated our order. Andrew, the account manager, made the financing and warranty process simple. He was funny and light-hearted but also provided pertinent information about the best financing options. This is our second car through Grapevine Ford and we won’t go anywhere else! We just divorced the gas station! No more 4$/gallon gas.

Grapevine Ford A+ Honestly I enjoyed my experience which is not something I think of when buying a car. From the receptionist to the salesman to the manager to the finance guy, everyone was informative and nice. It was crazy, it was like they were more excited for me about my new car than I was. Only buying from grapevine Ford from now on.
