First time I enjoyed buying a car I have bought about 4 cars before. Every experience was horrible. From the sales guy to the finance guy. Not at grapevine Ford. It was crazy. Lack of vision Curtis and Joe in finance were super to deal with. They were professional and thorough. Unfortunately Curtis and all the sales people are hamstrung by the dealership’s decision to tack on a nearly 20% “addendum” to the MSRP. They had the opportunity to get me out of my Explorer and into a new one while making a good profit from the resale of my car after a trade in. The dealer’s shortsightedness cost them a trade in, two sales, and my customer loyalty. Very disappointing!
