I have been happy with the service on both vehicles and the lease experience but decided to keep this car. Curtis and Santiago were very easy to work with. The experience was efficient, stress-free, and fair. Santiago found a great loan rate and worked to the payment where I was comfortable with my budget. Top Notch. Go see Michael Massey for a Lincoln Our new Lincoln Navigator exceeded our expectations. Grapevine Ford Lincoln was on top of everything and Michael Massey kept us up to date thru the whole build process and had our phones programmed with The Lincoln Way app before we left the lot. Omar in the finance office was wonderful. He was even able to get us financed thru a local bank.

Straight shooters I special ordered a maverick back in November and finally received it on April 18th (that’s not due to this dealership, that’s a ford supply issue). Great Experience! We had a great experience buying from Grapevine Ford! Ty was the best as our sales person, William was great as the manager, and Andrew was awesome for our financing! We didn’t feel pressured, our deal was fair, and they chatted with us like we were old friends. They even kept our kiddos occupied, which was super impressive!
