I got my truck here and got a great price but when I told the sales man to contact 1st Tenn(Horizon) or TVA credit union and no one else, he came back and said that I only got approved by Lendmark financial with a 26% interest rate.. 505.00 payment. Recently inquired with them to sell a vehicle that I had and didn’t need anymore. I had already taken it to one other dealership but a friend had suggested that I go to grey Epperson to see what they would give me for it. I got a used car with a new motor that has a warranty. however my check engine light came on before I even got home with it. I took off work and drove it back for then to tell me it is my co2and converter... which is not "part of the motor" so they refused to fix it after already jumping threw hoops to get it in the first place... I was planning on paying this one off and then getting a brand new car... but someone else will be helping me with that because this place is a joke who dont care for the bs the customer has to go ... read more

They tell you they can do something for you, even though I told them I was from out of state, bad credit, and I’m upside down in my car... they said oh yeah absolutely we can do it! ..... a bigg fat no! OR a $700/month car payment. Ain’t no single mother out there that can afford that kind of car payment. I’m paying more for my car right now than I am even paying for rent... 😱 Don’t waste you’re time!
