Absolutely SHADY people! We have now made a 45 min trip out to their dealership TWICE for what seemed like an awesome buy back/trade in event.. first time, our car was not even looked at to be valued and we were sent on our way.. the next day the dealership messaged me asking how my experience was.. I was honest, we had a great salesman, but our car was never even valued.. They asked what they could do to make it right and that was the end of it.. I bought my first car with Gray Epperson. I was greeted by friendly faces and presumably employees that had my best interest at heart. My presumption was WRONG! I expressed the kind of car I wanted, the car note range I wanted, and explored the lot with a car salesman. After looking into a few deals, I chose a car and that’s where it all went down hill. The service deptartment at Gray Epperson Hyundai is ridiculous. It takes a week to schedule an oil change. I'd hate to think how long it would take if I had a serious problem.

Let me tell you about my experience today with this dealership. I have been bringing my Sonata for service here since 2013. The service department and Jeff have always been amazing so this is nowhere near a review of them. When I arrived today I was met by a salesman named Jim who asked if I was interested in trading my car. Needless to say I looked at some new and used and decided to keep mine. Pretty disappointed in the service department. Three weeks ago I used the online system to book an appointment for service. I get a call the day before the appointment saying that the system had a glitch and it had scheduled me over someone else. I understood. Things happen. So I was booked (by a live person this time) for the next Saturday. I get a call today saying yet again there was a glitch and it booked me on top of someone else. I'm still waiting for a call back from the parts department from Tuesday, June 28. Today is Friday, July 1. Needless to say, instead of waiting for information about a part and about labor charges, the part was found and purchased from somewhere else and the repair/labor, that I was inquiring about, my husband was able to do in that time. Thanks for your timely response. Just one of the many reasons I will never buy another car from here.
