Love my Patio enclosure. There was a defect in the screen after installation. They immediately returned and made the correction. Very pleased with the sales man, *********************.. He was very knowledgeable and took time to show us a nearby neighbor clients enclosure that would look similar to ours.Also ****** was so helpful and kept me informed as to time they would come for installation.

From start to finish we had a very positive experience and are now enjoying a beautiful sunroom. We are contractors as well so good communication and customer service are just as important to us as the quality of the work. Top notch all the way around on our project. I loved that we had a person dedicated to keeping us posted on every step of the project. Everyone from the estimator to the installers to the office personnel were friendly, competent & attentive. Very happy with my sunroom. Dramatic upgrade from our old sunroom. Recently had a very small leak. After contacting them they had someone out to fix within a couple of days. No issues at all. One thing I do really appreciate is how well they clean up after the job is complete. You never knew they were there. Glad we went with Patio Enclosures.
