In 2021, I bought a home which included a 1980's era enclosed porch from Patio Enclosures. The main entry sliding door was in bad shape and really needed to be replaced. It was out of warranty and after making a few calls and hitting roadblocks each time, I was convinced there was no help to be had. We found this company on the internet and so I was a bit skeptical. Turns out that they were great. The salesman was right on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything he promised was fulfilled. Dates were given to us for measurements, delivery and construction. Those dates were met and construction actually began before the date first given to us. Enclosing our patio was an amazing experience from start to finish. From our very first meeting with William Bwe were offered several different options and were able to see superimposed photos of what the project would look like. Each of the costumer service individuals we spoke with were very helpful, and the installation of the project was incredibly efficient and creative.
