Our salesman, *******************, was very pleasant and knowledgeable about Patio Enclosures. He explained everything that we had questions about.
From start to finish we had a very positive experience and are now enjoying a beautiful sunroom. We are contractors as well so good communication and customer service are just as important to us as the quality of the work. Top notch all the way around on our project. I loved that we had a person dedicated to keeping us posted on every step of the project. Everyone from the estimator to the installers to the office personnel were friendly, competent & attentive. Love our new 3 Season Room. Patio Enclosures was wonderful to work with from Estimate to Measuring to Job Completion. Whole process was satisfaction all the way. It turned out amazing.
Had a excellent experience today during the consultation for a three season sunroom. It was very informative and detailed.
Very happy with my sunroom. Dramatic upgrade from our old sunroom. Recently had a very small leak. After contacting them they had someone out to fix within a couple of days. No issues at all. One thing I do really appreciate is how well they clean up after the job is complete. You never knew they were there. Glad we went with Patio Enclosures.
I am very happy with the response time, and repairs done on my Patio Enclosure roof. ***** and ****** did a super job! Both were very professional and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Design: the consultant took all the necessary time to walk me through the options both for new windows and payment. There was one later detail with the window handles but overall, this part of the project was very good. Installation: The project was scheduled for September, but they were able to do it in July. They kept me informed and it went very well. the team was polite, worked well and left the area clean. We had glass replaced on two windows that were installed in ****. We had a very positive experience from the initial contact with ***** to the completion with technicians **** and *****. The technicians were prompt and very professional. The quality of their work was extremely satisfactory. They cleaned the replacement glass on the windows and left the areas where they were working very clean. Before leaving, **** and ***** made sure all of our issues had been satisfied.
