I have issues that had me seriously worried. The staff has been understanding and taking good care of me during my transition with a new smile. My treatment plan changed because of the education I received. All my kids come here for their dental care as well. Love the staff!
Super rude receptionist or whoever calls up on scheduling. They don’t know how to chat with patients. Instead of admitting that their system is flawed and apologizing or just focusing on solution like a normal person (not even hoping to be as nice as people in these roles are), this person tried to tell me I am wrong. Not a good employee at all. Bad first experience and patients will never go back.
I can’t say enough good things about this dental practice! The entire team is incredibly professional and diligent, ensuring every step of the process is handled with care and attention to detail. My implant came out, and I was really worried about why? And what do I do now? The dentist made me feel MUCH better about the situation after explaining why it happened. Their office manager, Yessie, came in with a cost estimate and scheduled my next appt. She was very friendly, that helped relieve my anxiety, too!! Love the care they provide here! I am very big on my dental health, who cleans my teeth due to some dental hygienist being rough, and that is not the case here. They really care about their patients and they show that with constantly educating you on how to better your teeth and gum health. I had to come for an additional cleaning a month later because my gum health was lagging and this was at zero cost to me!
