When I had questions or needed care fast they have provided great service!
We brought our 11 month old dog in for a second opinion on hip dysplasia. Dr. Randy was great, I can't say enough good about him!!!! He spent a lot of time explaining things, and answering questions. I could tell right away he was a vet who cared and was not in it for money like the previous vet, who recommended total hip replacement. I will never take my dog anywhere else.
We really love Dr. Jeff for all the great work he has done with our three shar-pei's. Also Paula one of the techs is a super person and easy to work with. Our dogs have many health issues and they are always there to help!!!!
rocky is a 'different' dog, yet the staff at Great Lakes are very good with him and make him as calm as he can be ( he hates car rides). I am very happy that they have been honest and open with what his needs are and willing to ask for my in put.
We have trusted Great Lakes Vet with the care of both of our Newfies for the past ten years. We can't say enough about how kind and caring the staff has been to our pups and our family!
