Love the staff and Vets here. Dr. Jeff has been with us since we got Jase. When Jase got sick with Blasto, we felt very comfortable asking him questions. We trust Dr. Jeff with our Jase. We came in recently because we thought Jase had Kennel Cough. He ruled out the KC but wanted to make sure with Jase's history with Blasto that it wasn't coming back. We value his opinions because we know he truly cares about all the animals he sees. Thank you so much to all the staff and Dr. Jeff. We appreciate you guys so much.
This past week we had a crisis with my son's cat and could not have been treated better by Great Lakes. Kitty needed emergency surgery because of never having been spayed. My son learned a valuable lesson about preventative care and though we live in Green Bay, I will now be bringing all my pets to Great Lakes. Awesome staff. Thank you.
Always excellent care. After helping our dog during the last visit, Dr Jeff took my adult son who has a severe cognitive disability for a tour, gave a demo of the otoscope with video, and talked to him at just the right level to keep him interested. Supportive staff were also amazing. I rarely see this level of empathy and compassion, both for animals and people. Brought tears to this mom's eyes. Well worth the drive, when needed.
This is our 2nd border collie. The first border collie named Jake needed to have his leg removed and Dr. Randy and Dr. Sue took such good care of Jake. Now we have Gus and he has been coming to see Dr. Sue since he was a pup. Dr. Sue is a wonderful doctor. They the staff really know what they are doing.
We love going to Great Lakes. Love Dr. Randy and the staff. When we had to put down our dog they were so kind and compassionate. Loved the privacy room we had to be with her. The dog angel pins are with all of us. We bought a plague with our dogs name on it and her paw print. Never saw a place that did that before. When we picked up her ashes and her plague they still gave us the privacy we needed and used the backdoor to grieve. Our other dogs also go there and we will always go there with our pets.
