They only do the procedures that you request and give a thorough explanation. They are sensitive and understand the relationship we have with our pets.
The staff and Doctors were amazing. This morning was our first time there and it was to say goodbye to our 13 year old lab. We got to take our time in their comfort room and be with her for her final moments even though the rest of the clinic was closed to visitors. Special thank you to Dr. Randy and Dr. Jeff! 💕🐾

I have been showing dogs for 30 years and last year I experienced a wild strain of distemper. The clinic was busy so I took my pups to a different vet and they sent me home. They were getting sicker so I called Great Lakes and said, I know you’re booked solid but this is life and death. My puppies are really sick. Dr Randy saw my puppies in a special area of the clinic and said, this looks like distemper and he ran some test. He was really shocked because it haven’t been around for along time.
