Our Sidda Lee was having trouble urinating and after being treated for a urinary infection that was not getting better I had to search for emergency care. Great Oaks was recommended by the ER Hospital we visited, which I won’t mention because I didn’t care for. I have taken my dogs to Great Oaks Animal Hospital for at least 13 years. All the vets are so caring and take plenty of time to explain any issues they find. The front office personnel are always smiling and happy to see your pets. I highly recommend Great Oaks Animal Hospital if you are in need of veterinary services.
We have been going to Great Oaks Animal hospital since 1999. We have trusted them with the care of our fur babies from their first visit at 8 weeks, until they pass over the Rainbow Bridge. The care & compassion they have shown to our 4 previous fur babies & our family, is why our 5th pup is now a member of the Great Oaks Animal Hospital Family.
Anytime I come to this clinic my dog receives amazing care. He usually seas Dr. Baugh but anytime the other vets have seen him they do an exceptional job too (I believe he’s also seen Dr. Willis and Dr. Grimm 1-2 times). The bed side (pet side?) manner the vets he’s seen is great. I had the best experience at this place. Excellent customer service and quality of care. Not super expensive. I feel like they really care about our pets. I'm treating my dog here and i couldn't be more happy! 100% Recommended.
Always always professional and friendly. From the staff that answers the phones, the tecs in the back and of course the doctors. Been going here for over 15 years and would not consider changing.
Very thorough — love Dr. Willis; she cares and she calls (not her staff) with the results of tests for my Sadie; appreciate that.
