They were excellent with my elderly cat, Baby! She is 17 years old and a bit antisocial so trips to the vet are always a difficult experience. We saw Dr. Grimm and she was very accommodating to Baby's needs. Emily was also very helpful in keeping Baby calm and not doing anything to upset her. They were a great team and the visit went very smoothly! I would definitely recommend them as they are the best team I have experienced in her many visits to the vet!
