We love Dr. Baugh and everyone at Great Oaks Animal Hospital! It's easy to schedule an appointment, we never wait long to be seen, and the staff is great with my two dogs. We lucked out finding this awesome practice so close to our home!

I recently went through a cancer scare with my cat after finding a lump on him and having it removed. When I got there to pick him up after surgery, they spent an hour with me talking to me about every avenue possible. My furbaby didn't end up having cancer (which I am still so very relieved about) but I won't forget the support I received from everyone that worked there. They are simply amazing!

They have worked with me financially, and bills fair. They take everything into consideration to make my cat feel as comfortable as possible. Dr Baugh has even done an exam sitting on the floor with my cat because he was being squirrely about being on the exam table. She checked on me while I was nervous over cat's surgery telling me what was going on when she could or would sent a tech for each stage. We have taken our cats to Great Oaks over 17 years. The staff is very caring. Dr. Kelli Grimm is wonderful!
