They always over bill for services you didn’t sign up for. When I had originally come in for a free anal exam for my dog they added over $300 of charges that I did not authorize them to do . Stay away from this animal hospital.

i really had high hopes this would be our new place to take our animals but first experience was horrible. The day before our scheduled visit there was a bad storm which apparantly cut there electricity. When we arrived that morning instead of having us reschedule they made it out that everything was fine. They proceeded to take us into an unlit room( the electricity was still off) decided that wouldnt do then took us to a room with a window for light.
