My sister managed that. This was our first time using them. We made an appointment for a canine inspection, and the person never showed up. So we had to reschedule; the person's car broke down. They ended up fulfilling their next appointment. We decided not to go with them for the bed bug removal, because of the mix up with the canine inspection. They were very apologetic, but we decided not to go with them.

I am good with them. To be honest I am never here when they come but I can say they are very receptive when I call back and say that the service wasn't up to par. They seemed to be very responsive to that. Responsiveness, they were pretty good. When I speak to them I have no issues.

Great service. Technician arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. Treatment (mostly a gel-based product) was targeted to specific areas. Effective -- have not seen a single ant or cockroach since. Fair price. Would not hesitate to use this service again if the bugs returned. <br />

They were able to be let in by our doorman, so we did not have toi wait for the service person to get there. Work seemed thorough, no bugs for a month or so. Then we found one in the kitchen. They have a relatively low priced follow up service, so they came once again. Bugs now gone for a couple of months. We live in a hundred year old building on the upper west side of Manhattan. They were efficient, thorough and I never saw another critter. The poisons used were very specific to the locales -- no spraying all over, just targeted poison and various entry and transit points closed off.

It worked. The provider was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, when he moved the oven/stove the tile floor was damaged. We cannot get it repaired without taking out the entire floor.

Although it was unclear exactly how the floor became scratched, because you notified us 2 weeks after the service took place, we took full responsibility for the situation and worked diligently to help you find a contractor to repair the floor, but as you said it was too complicated, so we refunded you the cost of the service.
