They came out very quickly. In fact, they came out on a snowy day. That did not keep them from doing their work.

They treated the house inside and around the foundation. They said that if we saw the ants again after 14 days (if I recall correctly) to call them and they would return and do a second treatment. We did, and they did. That seemed to take care of the problem. We have them come out every spring because we always get ants coming in when it warms up.

1. Extremely responsive to emails and answered all the questions I had. It took me awhile to decide, yet they were always patient with offering more details. <br /> 2. and then two follow-ups (for which they charged me, when I missed the warranty date by 2 days) and we still see some rodent droppings.

The growth regulators last about 90 days, so it makes sense that you could be having a recurrence a few months after the last service.
