Our representative explained to you that the only way to eliminate gnats is by locating the source of the infestation (which is usually a sanitation condition) and then removing the source of infestation. You hired us to remedy a rat problem in your backyard on 6/13/2011, it was a same day service call. We charged you a $90 service call fee and $100 equipment fee, $190 + tax ($206.86). From the initial phone call, through the day Jack, the calm and professional Jack Russell Terrier, came to inspect, and the two treatment sessions, all representatives of Green Earth were the best. Over the phone, via email and in person - always professional, always understanding, prompt, efficient and thorough.
