We receive calls every day from frantic individuals who assume the worst, which is why we require proof of infestation before we treat for certain insects, such as bed bugs, fleas, carpet beetles, termites, etc. In your case, the $125 it cost you was money well spent, because you found out that your home was clear. About a week before contacting Green Earth, I got a giant "spider bite" on my hand that landed me in the ER. I can't remember much detail. Why are you asking me about work done more than a year and half ago? They exterminated for rats, did a great job.

They were very professional from setting up the appointments through service to billing. We had them out at least 3 teams and everyone they sent was very courteous and thorough. My one complaint is that they did not spend much time thinking about the root of the problem, they simply treated the areas where the roaches were present. We had a new company out recently and they examined every inch of the house to figure out the root of the problem and provide a course of action to eliminate it. <br />
