I called and got an immediate call back from Green Earth with several appt. dates including one for the next day. The technician arrived as planned, wore booties and went through every problem area to get rid of ants. He explained everything he did and I haven;t seen an ant since--even though I was warned that the infestation could increase temporarily. The best part--no long term contract--like another famous company that wanted to charge $300 every month instead of $300 for a one time solution.

Inspection was done by 2 techs and lasted about 45 minutes. They wore shoe coverings, which was a nice touch, and carefully put everything back. They put 2 glue boards out to see what they could find, but nothing has appeared after several days and we're still getting bites. The tech suggested dust mites might be the culprit, but it's a new apartment and we've thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned the bedroom and even under and behind the bedframe. When a technician inspection doesn't yield any evidence of biting insects and the traps do not seem to be catching anything, we do offer other types of inspections. The technician was punctual, knowledgable, and worked efficiently. He told me about the products and bait traps, how to monitor them, what I should do, and not do. He was very thorough, and even caulked a crevice under the woodwork where ants were dwelling.I like the fact that a follow up treatment is available within 65 days, at a reduced price, if further extermination is needed.

They work very well with me from the purchase of my coupon. They contacted me and let me know that I could schedule my appointment at my convienence and I did. I found them courteous and professional. They called me 1/2 hour before they arrived for my appointment to let me know that they were on their way. They introduced themselves when they arrived and worked around the construction going on in my home. I couldn't ask for anymore. This is not your typical shine your flashlight type of inspection. It requires a certified inspector who is educated in entomology and has a thorough understanding of structures. Phoned yesterday, got complete description of service on phone, scheduled for today, placed credit card deposit; company e-mailed invoice, including Angie's List discount; technician phoned today when on way to apartment, arrived on time, did job, and phoned to describe job and confirm that it was OK to charge card on file.
