Very responsive, prompt, pleasant experience (yes, even pest control should be pleasant in terms of the business of it). Josh is clearly an expert, the price was good and discounted through Angie's list, and the gentleman who came to do the work was SO polite, knowledgeable and respectful of my interior space. I will use them for maintenance as well.

I had a dead rat problem & needed to find out how it got into my building & to prevent a recurrence. I spoke to Josh who arranged for one of his men to come over & diagnose the problem the next day; he figured out where the openings were & told me he could fix the problem. All of the technicians were prompt, professional and courteous and answered all of our questions and concerns, and most importantly, took care of the problem swiftly. (The canine was also professional and extremely cute.) They advised us and our tenant on how to prepare for the heat treatment and what to do following to prevent reinfestation. It's been two and a half weeks now since treatment, and so far no bed bugs have reappeared. We're confident they're gone. I would definitely recommend Green Earth again.
