The Green Earth people were excellent. The technicians were very patient, and even spent time helping me finish preparing my apartment. The staff allowed me to reschedule the treatment promptly when I wasn't ready the first time, and they didn't criticize me for my failure to be ready as I promised. They were all incredibly patient and helpful on the phone, generous with advice, spending as much time as I needed to help me cope with the infestation.
