We do charge an initial service for a new infestation and then we offer drastically reduced rate follow-up services, if you desire a 30-45 day follow-up. <br /> <br /> They were prompt, on time, did the work and left. They told us that in order to get the guarantee that we needed to have one hole that was larger than most filled by our own person. They were not able to do that. It seemed a little expensive but because of our experience with them when it came to bed bugs I trust that they know what they are doing and I am willing to pay for that.
