I signed up with GHS in March of 2023 for a roof replacement and solar.The roofing project was a total debacle. The roof took 25 days to tear-off and install. I told GHS during the contract signing I wanted a licensed roofer, no problem they told me we only use licened professionals. Our solar panel project has been ongoing since May and they are still not operating. It has been impossible to get in touch with our project manager or his superiors via phone or email. I would not recommend this company to anyone considering solar and at this point we are considering legal action.
Illegally continuing to call me and send me messages after I have explicitly requested numerous times to be not contacted. Multiple different people from this company and I have told at least 6 people now to take me off their list. Horrible. Especially considering I had never even heard of this company, they just started calling me out of the blue.
First of all they will not talk to me on the phone. I have had a hail storm and some of my solar panels got broke. they didn't do their homework and installed some of them that after 5 pm they are in the shade. Also they informed me that my electric bill would be small or nothing. The panels were not installed properly. I feel like i've been lied to all the way around. Is there anything that you can do to resolve this problem? Also I understand that the Government was to pay for these Panels. and they have not.
Greenhome systems didnt know how to obtain a building permit in Shasta county ! Installers here 2 or 3 days didnt finish ! 3 weeks no installers ! Bank paid them for complete installation of solar panels and electric tie in to main panels but hasn't been finished ! Now im Paying PGE for electric and bank is charging me interest !
Green Home System fails to pay their installers. We have had a completed project done for over 3 months and have not received any payment. According to the contract, 80% of the invoice should be paid immediately after install. The other 20% is to be paid after inspection is approved and photos are sent. This has all been done. Their sales team and project team is very friendly and nice .The fact that they dont have a installer , the contracted installer doesnt care .My system never had internet communication established . I still managed and complain customer service .My request just got ignored multiple times .They dont take much responsibility and their customer service is horrible . I will suggest not work with them as they dont have their own tech guy and installer so you are on the mercy of someone else .
I have been contacting green home systems for 3 months now. I have had to contact my finance company for my solar system to get any word back. Then all I get is its being scheduled. 3 months later still hasnt been fixed. System is under warranty. *************************** the person working my case has repeatedly blew me off. No help has been received on my case.
