Red Flag - They dont pay their vendors. Ive tried for months now. They are responsive. When you call their suggested phone and select the appropriate prompt #4 the phone will disconnect you. Prompts 1-3 I left multiple messages to never hear back from them.

We finished an installation at the end of December near ***********************. Project Manager is happy with our work, but we are not getting paid. I am told that I will get paid "soon" but nothing happens. Apparently, I am not allowed access to accounts payable, only to Project Manager.

As with the complaint filed by another roofing company in May 2022, my company has been having the same issues with Green Home Systems. Multiple emails requesting payment for a roof completed for their customer in October 2022 have been sent and not a single response. Phone calls with Rain promising to send the payment via FedEx were not followed through on for days. When he finally provided a tracking number and indicated payment would be received on 12/20/22 - he again failed to follow through and never got the package to ... read more

Poor Customer Service, poor communication from Dianna Rosales - Customer Service Manager and Irina Helm - Customer Relations Manager. After contacting them several times to inquire of my electric bills still being high, they finally returned my call after 3 weeks. Then I was told she would look into the issue and call me back the next day, it's been a week and still no call back. I've sent multiple emails and no response. Communication was not good also installers were horrible. The system is up and running. The whole experience was not what I expected.

I purchase a system from Green Home Systems and had it installed in early 2021 - in July of this year the system stopped working entirely. It is now October, and I am still waiting for a new invertor so that the local installer can get the system running again. Needless to say, GHS makes a real push to get people to sign up and install solar - but there is no infrastructure in place to make warranty repairs. To have the system down for almost three months during the peak season, is totally unacceptable.

This company needs to have better communication with there customers after solar is installed.
