I bought a complete system in early 2022. (Panels and battery back up. Large investment.) I signed the contract and discussed my expectations that the system be complete by the end of the calendar year. I started to get concerned over the summer when I stopped getting responses from my project manager. We signed a contract in Dec 2022 As of Aug 14th we still dont have ************ Im beginning to think this is a scam. We have paid the finance company for a few months now but we do not have the product.

Do not trust this company with your hard earned money!I have had a hole in my roof for over 6 weeks now due to poor construction work which they admitted. Despite the admission of responsibility, they have still failed to fix the issue this leading to further damage inside my home as well as mold build up which will now need to be fixed as well. As with so many companies noble days, all promises and absolutely no follow through.

We were contracted by Green Home Systems to do **************** for possible solar installs and to do the installs when a contract has been signed. The agreement was after we invoice the job they have 30 days to pay the invoice in full. We have multiple jobs that are 90+ days overdue. We have invoiced them multiple times per their request and we are still awaiting to be paid. Management does not respond to our numerous complaints. We have now been forced to file Mechanics Liens on properties due to non payment.
Terrible consumer . Find another solar provider to avoid major frustration. They have the worst project managers who know nothing about the project. They only call to collect $$. Never return calls to address problems.

This is the worst company to do business as a subcontactor. You will NEVER get paid on time. Always saying the accounting is out or sick. If you are a homeowner it will literally take months for a service tech to get to you. So beware and spend your money somewhere else.

Terrible experience. Do not even consider this company. The sales rep was very professional but it was down hill from there. We signed the contract in June ********************************** august. The installation of 20 panels with battery back up was completed on October 21. Our main reason for installing a $57000 system was in case of grid down.
